Liveo Research‘s EZ Fill™ is a smoother coating surface for blister films. It improves the tablet filling speed by reducing the static and dynamic friction coefficients. As a result, the number of blisters rejected during the production process is significantly reduced.
Increased line efficiency and a reduction in blister failures significantly increase the output and lower production costs. Tests have shown that the productivity of blister lines can be increased by more than 30 percent.
This coating structure can be applied to a wide variety of films of Liveo Research, including all variants of the BlisBa™ and AquaBa™ series.
