Liveo Research AG joins United Nations Global Compact
Basel, August 19, 2025
Liveo Research AG has now become a member of the United Nations Global Compact. By joining, the Swiss company has committed to integrating the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact for human rights, labor standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption into its corporate strategy, corporate culture, day-to-day business — and also across Liveo Research’s supply chain. The company will report annually on its progress in advancing these Ten Principles.
The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest and most important initiative for companies that want to strategically anchor sustainability and contribute to the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs provide a global target system for jointly tackling the challenges of the 21st century.
Dr. Carsten Heldmann, CEO of Liveo Research AG, explains: “Sustainability is firmly anchored in the DNA of our company. By joining the UN Global Compact, we are reaffirming our commitment to responsible business conduct and transparency. We see this as a two-way opportunity — not only to learn from best practices across sectors and industries, but also to contribute our own expertise in areas such as supply chain risk management, sustainable corporate governance, and decarbonization strategy. These are some of the elements essential to look at to overcome the challenges and seizing the opportunities of the future. We look forward to an active exchange and the implementation of best practices within this important network.”
