Pharma packaging analytical services
Liveo Research lab services include:
- Packaging material analysis
- WVTR analysis of thermoformed cavities (As per USP Method)
- Material identification of each layer by microscopy – FTIR
- Microscopic thinning profile of thermoformed blister
- UV/Vis transmittance as per USP 671
- Equivalency study
In addition, while not necessarily conducted in a Liveo Research lab, the Liveo Research Packaging Audit is a scientific evaluation of blister packaging operating parameters that has been able to achieve a 10-15% increased output for pharmaceutical packaging customers.
