Liveo Research introduces EZ Fill™ An improved coating structure enables significantly higher productivity on blister production lines

Liveo Research AG presents EZ Fill, a new, smoother coating surface for blister films. It improves the tablet filling speed by reducing the static and dynamic friction coefficients. As a result, the number of blisters rejected during the production process is significantly reduced. 

Increased line efficiency and a reduction in blister failures significantly increase the output and lower production costs. Tests have shown that the productivity of blister lines can be increased by more than 30 percent. 

This coating surface can be applied to a wide variety of films, including all variants of the proven BlisBa and AquaBa series from Liveo Research AG. 

The development was carried out by the company’s internal research and development department in collaboration with the Technical Services team.
