It improves the tablet filling speed by reducing the static and dynamic friction coefficients. As a result, the number of blisters rejected during the production process is significantly reduced.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Increased line efficiency and a reduction in blister failures significantly increase the output and lower production costs. Tests have shown that the productivity of blister lines can be increased by more than 30 percent.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This coating surface can be applied to a wide variety of films, including all variants of the proven BlisBa and AquaBa series from Liveo Research AG.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The development was carried out by the company&#8217;s internal research and development department in collaboration with the Technical Services team.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are very proud of our EZ Fill innovation, especially since extensive tests on various blister lines have already been very successful \u2013 some of our customers are even talking about a &#8216;productivity boost&#8217;,&#8221; says Dr. Ajith Nair, Senior Vice President Technical Service &amp; Development at Liveo Research AG.
