PVC films for Print
Liveo Research offers a wide range of rigid PVC films for high end printing and attention-grabbing decorating applications. Product groups are:
- opaque PVC films for posters, banners, thermoformed decoration articles, wobbers, shelftalkers, labels and (in translucent) lightboxes
- clear films for shelftalkers, mousepads, antireflective POS products
Nearly all Liveo print films are available in sheets and reels.
Liveo’s rigid PVC films can be:
- matte or glossy and even embossed for added visual impact
- ideal for UV offset, screen, inkjet digital and flexographic printing,
- but also easily to be folded, bended, cut, thermoformed, welded, glued and coated.
Most products comply with the guideline 94/62 EC (“Packaging and Packaging waste”) and are suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs. Print films from Liveo Research are free of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, phosphorus, phthalates, cadmium and lead stabilizers.
Liveo print films show advantages in:

- Available in white of different opacities and many other different colours
- Can be matte or glossy and even embossed for added visual or technical impact
- Liveo “matte / matte” surface is unique as both sides of the substrate have a nearly identical surface which leads to picture-perfect results in double-side-printing
- Liveo 315 4D rigid film has very good ink adhesion
- Liveo 315 4D provides medium impact resistance, while 316 4D offers high impact strength for tougher environments
- Thickness range: 100-600µm (in version 316 4D 100-700µm)

- Manufactured to be UV stable with improved weather and high impact resistance for limited outdoor use
- High opaque white rigid PVC film. A non-food film
- The film can be produced with a matte surface on both sides or glossy and extra glossy for that additional flair
- Thickness range: 150-600µm
- Liveo “matte / matte” surface is unique as both sides of the substrate have a nearly identical surface which leads to picture-perfect results in double-side-printing
- Liveo 708 00 rigid film has very good ink adhesion.

- When a clear, high impact film is needed for decoration or retail point of sale applications, Liveo offers its 107 4D film
- 107 4D is a transparent glossy/glossy rigid film but by an embossing technique, a scratch-resistant or anti-reflective effect can be achieved, as well as a matte or “frosty” effect
- Excellent ink adhesion
- film’s high impact resistance reduces the potential for white fracturing due to wear and tear, providing a graphic with a longer shelf life with a pristine appearance
- Thickness range: 100-600µ
