Technical Process Engineer (m/f/d)
Essentially, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception throughto start up and certification
- certificationDevelop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
- Lead or support technology transfers / improvements by conducting laboratory and/or pilot plant experiments and providing technical risk assessments for process adjustments
- Assess and oversee situation in the area of BOM / recipes-Potentials, test changes with all related areas and successfully implement them throughout the group
- Contribute to technical analysis and problem solving in fast paced / task force environment
- Enhance and support data driven problem / root cause analysis and improvement (Ideally SixSigma Black-Belt)
You are the best fit for us if you have the following qualifications:
- Completed studies in the field of chemistry, mechanical/electrical engineering or industrial engineering or comparable
- Familiar with the structure and content of (films) production system, especially with the related processes, and the knowledge how to use it
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the field of Technical process engineering or comparable
- High-level skills in project management and lean management/process optimization
- Leadership qualities mandatory, which will include acting as mentor to their teams
- Talented communicator, conversing with the team and with upper management
- Very good English and German Language Skills, verbally and written
- Experience with applied statistics, stochastics and rationalization
- Very good IT skills; Routine handling of MS Office software, esp. Excel
- Knowledge of the film, packaging or pharmaceutical industries advantageous
- Ability to analyze situations quickly, coordinate with the team and find solutions
- Critical-thinking skills, solution-oriented, systematic and structured way of working, high level of comprehension
- Communication and cooperation skills, high ability to work under pressure
